We offer removal of skin lesions such as symptomatic epidermoid cysts and seborrheic keratoses. If a lesion is not symptomatic, we can remove it on a cosmetic basis. You are expected to pay for procedures that are cosmetic in nature, insurance do not cover anything that is considered cosmetic.
